Overview

About this device

Frame is a pair of monocular smartglasses with an open-source design, and is Brilliant Labs' second AR device release, after Monocle, which was launched in 2023. Frame is marketed as a pair of "multimodal AI glasses", with connections to various AI services including those of OpenAI, Whisper, and Perplexity, providing additional functionality for the wearer. Frame can pair with the wearer's smartphone using the Brilliant's Noa app, allowing it to connect with various AI chat services to enhance the wearer's experience. Frame is available in three colors: Black, gray, and transparent. Frame is sold alongside Mister Power a charging adapter / battery pack that can be used to recharge the glasses when they run out of power, and can itself be recharged via a USB-C port.
